For this residential project, we worked the owners from the beginning, creating the custom floor plan, to furniture and accessory installation. The owners always wanted a pool, so we came up with a u-shaped floor plan that allows the pool to be seen from every room in the home. Along side the architect, Hannah Strong Designs, we pushed and pulled to create the perfect floor plan that includes a breezeway and separate retreat for the husband. Being the client’s forever home, we designed the space to be handicap accessible which required blocking the walls, larger doors and hallways, and accessible casework. The overall color scheme of the home is very neutral with the intention to really elevate the space through the natural stone selections at the countertops and restrooms.
